7th Ward Youth at Riverton FamilySearch Center

This evening the 7th Ward Youth and Leaders took a trip to the Riverton FamilySearch Center.  With 13 youth and 13 adults a great group heard an indexing presentation, then went to the computers to try out what they learned.  The youth were fast learners and eager to do the indexing correctly.  They caught on to extra tips quickly!  It was a fun, productive evening.  Some of us even checked out some ladies still using the old microfilm readers.  It takes so much time to find names that way.  Wow, indexing will really help us find our ancestors' records so much faster!

Great job 7th Ward!
Thanks to the youth leaders and Carol Garden, ward family history consultant, for making this fun trip possible.
The youth were fantastic!
